I ordered an updated stamp of my family for our travels. I wanted to "age up" my kids, as it had been a couple years since our first stamp. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the stamp did not look like the draft that was approved. We had gone back and forth many times to adjust the image, and Monika knew how important accuracy was to me. When I originally reached out for a new stamp, I sent a picture of the first stamp she made, and mistakenly included a prior draft. Monika used that draft as her starting off point, and not the final stamp, so the revisions included much of the original edits that had to be made again (that should have signaled the gong show to come). Below is the comparison of the approved draft and the final product. The eyes were messed up on everyone, but these 2 by far were the worst! When I expressed my disappointment, I was gaslit and told that her husband and employee did not see any significant issues, and that the process can result in very slight differences, since she works "with very very tiny lines". What kind of excuse is that?! This is what she gets paid for!! This is the product she sells!! These stamps are not cheap, and regrettably, the work was not good. I can't even use the stamp with Quasimodo on it. Save yourself the disappointment and regret of placing an order with this business.
