Processing time
The time needed to prepare a ready-made order is approx. 3-5 business days. Custom orders require 3-7 days to create a draft, and your approval is required before anything is shipped. Carving may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes, which are determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. Salt & Paper has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs processing times vary and may result in delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Salt & Paper is not responsible for any delays, holds, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order may not be eligible for a refund. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
