Ordering and Payment- $120 Minimum Order

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Late payments incur a fee of 10% each month. Existing customers may inquire about Net 30 terms.
All shipping costs are charged at the time of check-out and will be included on your final receipt. For all international customers, all shipping fees and import/export costs are to be covered by the retailer. Salt & Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Production & Turnaround
Typical turn around time is 3-5 business days. During the holiday season there may be extended processing time, but I will keep you updated of any delays. Please contact me directly with your requested delivery date if it differs.
Cancellations & Returns
Please contact me directly within 24hrs of ordering to make any changes or exchanges. Returns are accepted if unopened and in original packaging. Please report any incorrectly shipped merchandise within 5 days of receiving your package.
Recommended retailer mark-up is 50% for all products. Items may not be advertised online or in print for less that 25% of the MSRP.
Occasionally items may be out of stock. Should this happen I will notify you, and if directed, I will ship your in-stock items from your order. Once the item is back in stock it will be shipped to you immediately.
All items must be displayed in their original packaging. Box sets are not permitted to be broken up and sold separately.
Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms, and I respectfully reserve the right to terminate any accounts that are not in compliance.
